Full Time Home Centre Clerk | Senior Sales Agronomist | Seasonal Agro Help
Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op is presently recruiting for a
FULL TIME HOME CENTRE CLERK
FOR OUR NEEPAWA HOME AND FARM CENTRE
Duties to include, but not limited to, customer service, processing customer transactions, stocking, merchandising, pricing and general housekeeping duties. May be required to perform duties in the yard such as loading product, delivering of product, stocking and general yard clean up.
Qualifications:
The successful applicant must possess the following:

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Previous lumber/hardware experience would be an asset but not required

Neepawa-Gladstone Co-op is presently recruiting for a
SENIOR SALES AGRONOMIST
For our Agro Division
As a member of our AG Team of agri-business professionals, the position will take a lead role in assisting local area producers. This position also has the potential for more responsibility, development and advancement.
Reporting directly to the Agro Division Manager and operating within approved budgets, policies and programs, duties will include, but not limited to, agronomy, providing crop production and soil management information to local area farmers, customer sales, direct sales calls, inventory control, merchandising, yard maintenance and some staff supervision.
Qualifications:

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Proven understanding of agronomic practices and a strong Ag background

Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Highly motivated

Must posess a Post secondary Degree or Diploma in Agriculture and/or CCA along with experience in a similar role

For the upcoming season for both our Neepawa and Gladstone locations.
1 Ton Truck Drivers
Applicants must possess a Class 5 Driver's License. Length of employment may vary from 2-6 months.
Tandem Truck Drivers
Applicants must possess a Class 3 w/Air Driver's License. Length of employment may vary from 2-6 months.
Semi-Truck Drivers
Applicants must possess a Class 1 w/Air Driver's License. Duties to include but not limited to, daily trips to and from our distribution terminals in Brandon delivering NH3 to our bulk plants.
